Lacey Park, located in the affluent neighborhood of San Marino, was empty on a cloudy morning last week. Signs to social distance and notifying park patrons that benches and tables have been disinfected are posted throughout the park. Though the playground was closed, more locals gathered at the park for their own activities: walking their dogs, flying kites, riding bikes and lounging on blankets or in hammocks. The park has two walking trails that have become one-way paths to avoid face-to-face contact during the Covid-19 outbreak.
